Best of all, your rent at MacDill Family Housing is equal to the highest ranking family member’s (with dependents) BAH rate. The rent is paid by allotment and includes renters insurance, lawn maintenance and utilities. Beside the safety of living in a gated community, there are no security or pet deposits.
